Make Chex Mix for the holidays – Giveaway: Chex Cereal and $25 Kroger gift card (12/27)


Chex Mix Recipes and Chex Cereal & $25 Kroger gift card giveaway

Are you a fan of Chex cereals? If so, you may be interested to know that now through December 25th, Kroger stores are offering Chex cereal at their lowest prices of the year.

I haven’t checked stores to see what the price is and I didn’t see Chex cereals listed in this week’s ad… but you can grab the $1.00/2 coupon from the 12/5 General Mills newspaper insert or print a $1.00/2 coupon (found on 2nd page), and check the price the next time you’re at Kroger.

Sure, you can buy pre-made Chex Mix, but there’s something that says “its holiday time” when you make Chex Mix from scratch. Plus you can have complete control over what ingredients you want to include when you make the mixes yourself!

Unfortunately we can’t eat Chex cereal, but I gave the Chex cereal that I received to a friend who loves to make Chex Mixes. I told her about the Ginger-Honey Crunch Recipe, Chex Pumpkin Pie Mix and other recipes on the Chex Website. Many of the recipes can be made in 15 minutes and the mixes can be served at parties or given as holiday gifts.

If you are eating a gluten-free diet, then you may like to know that the Chex Mix recipes site has a “gluten-free” icon next to certain recipes.
