My Children’s Place Trip - 11/2

My daughter is going to a friend’s pajama birthday party soon, so we headed to The Children’s Place to use the 15% off printable coupon that was available online over the last few weeks. I found a bunch of clothes that were $1.99-3.99 and a couple of pairs of shoes at $7.99.
If you printed the coupon when it was available, it expires November 16. When you use the coupon, you should get a VIP Passbook with another 15% off coupon good from November 17-30. The Children’s Place will have a Black Friday event on November 27 with the “biggest savings of the year”. Stores will open at 5AM (with some opening at midnight).
I purchased everything in the photo for $83.10 after tax ($76.77 pre-tax). Pre-sale total would have been $293.90 (or $271.50 pre-tax). I plan to return the shoes, three shirts and a skirt as they didn’t fit right. It is easier to try on clothes at home than in the dressing room! Everything else should fit through the spring, and maybe even next fall.
I bought:
- Six long-sleeved shirts ($1.99 for the faux layered shirts -3.99 for the other shirts, regularly $12.50 each or 2 for $18)
- Two dresses ($3.99 each, regularly $16.50 and $19.50)
- Four pairs of pants ($3.99 each, regularly $10.50-$16.50)
- Four skirts ($3.99 each, regularly $12.50-$14.50)
- One nightgown ($16.50 - not on sale)
- Two pairs of shoes ($7.99 each, regularly $18.50 and $19.50)
