I did a quick scan of the sale items on Walgreens.com, and you can get some decent deals on nuts and other items in the “sale” area of the site. Look for the 2/$2.11 nuts. They raised the price on some to $1.99, but the cashews and almonds are still 2/$2.11. Make it an even better deal by going through one of these sites: – Ebates.com – 4% (plus $5 sign-up bonus for new users) – pay out is every three months if you have $5.01+ in your account – Cashbaq.com – 4% (plus $5 sign-up bonus for new users) – pay out is once a month if you have $10+ in your account. - Mr. Rebates 4% (plus $5 sign-up bonus for new users) – pay out is whenever you have $10+ in your account and request your payment. $5 off $25 at Walgreens – Sunday & Monday only

![]() I stopped by two Walgreens late Sunday to try to take advantage of some of the Register Reward (RR) deals in this week’s ad. I had a $5.00 RR from the One-A-Day promotion a few weeks ago. TRANSACTION #1 Vaseline Sheer Infusion Lotion – $1.50 Money Maker (MM) I used: - $5.00 RR I received $7.00 RR for the Vaseline TRANSACTION #2 Robitussin DM To Go 2 pack – FREE I was also going to get the Emergen-C 2.5 oz pack, but the cashier told me I couldn’t use two Register Rewards in one transaction. I had two more products than I had coupons, so I tried to explain it was okay, but he insisted that any other cashier that allowed it was wrong. I sent an email to corporate and got a cryptic reply back. I am still working on that with them. I put the Emergen-C back. I used: - $7.00 RR from lotion purchase I received: $2.50 RR for Robitussin Be sure to check IHeartWags for the October monthly Register Rewards and this week’s Register Rewards, and print this $5 off $25 coupon to use on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. The coupon is $5 off your transaction of $25 or more AFTER all coupons have been used. Check out some possible scenarios at Hot Coupon World. Keep in mind that not all stores will have all items in stock. One of my stores had only a few items (hence the small first transaction), but the second store had a full end cap display at the front of the store with all the products together. I love when I see that! Walgreens – $5 off $25 coupon for 9/29 and 9/30
![]() There are many great Register Reward deals at Walgreens this week. I will be posting information about them tonight, but you can get the list here too. To make these deals even sweeter, use the $5.00 off $25.00 coupon from Walgreens that will be valid on Tuesday, September 29 and Wednesday, September 30. I couldn’t find many of the Register Reward items when I stopped into Walgreens yesterday, so hopefully the stores will have more inventory tomorrow. One store had two items and the other had a display up front with several, but not all of the items. Look for that end cap display if you can’t find products on the shelves. Fan Walgreens on FB & get ‘free’ 5×7 photo book
![]() Spotted this announcement in a Facebook ad today: If you become a fan of Walgreens on Facebook by October 2, you will get information on how to get a free 5×7 photo book mailed to you. You will have to pay $1.99 for shipping & handling though, so it’s not entirely free, but pretty close. It could make a nice stocking stuffer. Kroger Deals (Dallas / Fort Worth) – 8/12-8/18![]() In case you missed it, on Saturday, August 15, Kroger will double coupons with values from $0.40 to $1.00 for one like item per transaction!
